Power lifting

NOTE: Wrestlers don't spend enough time working out with a weight routine, and if they do, they do it wrong. If you want that upper body workout that will make you the beast over your opponent, then contact Mike for a personalized workout either privately for yourself or your entire team. Many of the clients I have today have worked out with Mike and have overcome the competition when it called for that extra upper body strength.

Below are photos from the January 8th Power Lifting meet in Johnstown NY, hosted by the Gorilla Pack power lifting club in Johnstown, NY, and sanctioned by the International Power lifting Association out of York, Pa.
Here you will find photos of Mike Miller, the Scottish giant, 6'5", 385 lbs, one of the top 5 power lifters in the world. Mike is from Nazareth Pa. and owns, runs , and trains at Nazareth Barbell, Nazareth Pa.
Mike has been seeing me in my sports hypnosis practice since November. After one session Mike became an even better power lifter and we worked together every week since then to get ready for this meet. Week after week Mike was able to lift more and more weight, never being tired or fatigued, increasing his stamina, and much more.
On January 8th, in Johnstown NY, Mike opened with his first squat which was an incredible 1,150lbs. breaking the previous world record. He, then went on breaking that record (1,150) with another lift of 1,200 lbs.
If you ever had doubts that sports hypnosis doesn't work, here's the proof, and to go one further I'm also posting pictures of another power lifter here with the story behind that. If you are a professional athlete, or a member of a professional team, no matter what sport, let me help you and your team overcome many of the obstacles that may be encountered in your sports year. Read my testimonials and see what I have done for others. Not only is Mike a dedicated professional athlete, Mike has said many nice words to other athletes about my sports hypnosis, and we will be carrying on further in his career to do even better. No matter what sport baseball, football, swimming, tennis, wrestling, boxing, you name it, I can and will help you train you mind and body to get the job done. DON'T settle for those that say they can do sports hypnosis, come to one that knows sports hypnosis, after all you are the best, and I am the best.

Now here is the amazing part of my power lifting meet! After Mike made his first lift I, met another power lifter named Vinnie Vardine from Gorilla Pack Power lifting club. A big man 49 yrs. old, 306 lbs and about 6' tall. Vinnie saw what I did for Mike and asked me if I could do a quick session for him before he did his bench press lift. His teammates, after meeting me first and my explaining what I did said, "have we got a guy for you, if this works for him, we'll believe your hypnosis works." Well, being up to the challenge I brought Vinnie back to my room where I did a "quick" (30 min.) session for him. The session would normally run about 1 1/2 hrs. Vinnie told me that for the past 2 1/2 years the best he could bench press was around 525lbs (3/04). 2 1/2 years and not gaining anything worthy.... well, when it came for Vinnie to lift I gave him his "special" wristband and his "special" wrist bracelets. When he began his lift he was so energized and pumped up that he took that bar and pressed it as if it were 135 lbs., shooting it to the ceiling. Because he was so intensely focused he didn't hear the refs call for the "press" and started without it. Vinnie thought the call was made and when he found out it wasn't legal he got Pi**ed, probably because it was somewhere over 577lbs. and he never in 2/12 years could not get out of his "rut". Well, he shouted to those loading the rack "605, the next lift". Meaning, on his next lift he will attempt to press 605 lbs. Sure enough, it wasVinnie's time again. He took a deep breath, exhaled, ripped his bands off and proceeded to press 605lbs. When the call came to "rack", he jumped up and started dancing around knowing he had done the impossible according to him.... and all from a 30 minute sports hypnosis session, after waiting 2 1/2 years. Now, Vinnie is hoping to compete in a National competition and he has said he wants MORE!
Below are the photos, I hope I caught him dancing! By the way, Vinnie was so intense he tore a muscle in his left arm, felt it tear but, drove right through to win the press. He also stated that he did not feel tired, fatigued and the weight felt like nothing to him...at the senior level, he's going places.

There's that patented wristband again...

Waiting 2 1/2 yrs. It was worth it, look at the smile.

Driving the bar to the ceiling.

The victory dance!

The red wristband again, a very heavy trophy and a proud Vinnie....

Power lifting is a sport that not only wears on the body, but on the mind. If these athletes can accomplish the weight that they do using their minds to overcome intense negative imprinting and other problems, imagine what it can do for you, the amateur, or you, the professional. Imagine a linebacker, ballplayer or other athlete and what it will do!
