Hello,
It's S. K., I just finished my district meet yesterday and it went GREAT! I went
into the 100 butterfly seeded 9th and placed 3rd with a best time by 3 seconds,
and i went into the 100 breaststroke seeded 6th and finished 1st with a best
time of the season by 3 seconds as well! I finally won the district championship
again!!! (Now the states, for sure Pa.)
Power Lifting.....
After
1st session
OK, I'm sold. I benched 405 for the
first time today, and it felt
like a toy. How much do you charge to make CD's?.....Mike H. Personal trainer
& power lifter.
First off, real men don't wear wraps!
Just kidding, don't tell Mike (Miller pro lifter)
that...I don't want to die. Those wristbands are viscious, I had them on
for an hour or so and i wanted to smack someone...In a good way of course.
Workouts have been going well. Funny story I benched 405 again on tuesday,
and had the ugliest misgroove in the history of bench pressing, and still
got the lift. That tells me I can lift more then 405. I also ran
some
fantastic 20's today. I'd like to start focusing on speed and jumping
ability as well during our sessions. Let me know what you have available
in
March, on Tuesday or Thursday morning.I'm going to get back in there soon Jack.
I was out at the Arnold and had some bad weather, along with an injury.
Jack's stuff works.
I've been hitting PRs galore in workouts. I have immediate focus and little to
no fear of a weight. Lots of guys say they're not afraid, but if you are
hesitant, you are afraid. I missed very few attempts in the last two months.
I've had 3 pr days in the squat and deadlift, along with a new shirt PR. It's
going to climb higher as I get used to the shirt. On last sunday I hit a 50 lb
safety squat bar PR from only six weeks before. My low pin pull( weaker than the
floor) is a new pr of 520 with an almost 530. when i was hitting just under 500
at this position, I was pulling 515. I am convinced i could hit 540-560 now.
My squat has been climbing. I can setup and focus with three deep breaths, as
Jack suggests in his sessions. I've hit 520 in the cambered bar with briefs
only, and have done about a 500 manta ray squat. All this has been done in the
last few months.
My proudest moment was at Westside two weeks ago. i was out there for the Arnold
Classic and got to box squat on thrusday. lou told me i should do about 2 plates
and a quarter, since his bar was heavier and harder than a regular safety squat
bar.
After that set, lou stripped off the quarter and put on another plate for my
speed work. This was 345 on a ssb with a harder camber to hit than the standard
ssb.
After the speed sets, lou put on a quarter. He wanted me to try a single, but I
did an easy double with a two second pause on the box each time. I put on a 45
and did another double with pauses. The last was a little tough, but I did sit
on the box for a 2 second pause. 600 at 198 will be a done deal soon, so I'm
looking at 700 instead.
I want to thank Mike for turning me onto Jack, and thank Jack for his great
work. The fee is well worth the money. I am motivated and confident in the gym,
without distractions. the only complaint i have with Jack is that I don't stop
and I pulled my back last week. I was doubled over on monday, but today I did an
easy paused double in briefs only. I guess a little overdoing is worth the no
fear thing.
Another thing I haven't mentioned. I've been off ADD meds for over 3 months. the
hypnotism has also helped with that. It's very easy for me to focus outside the
gym on other things.
You spend money on supplements, suits, and equipment. spend some on your mind.
you won't regret it. Dr. Tom D. DC, right of the powwer lifting

Emails from a wrestler of only 16 months (soph.)
Hey its mike I came to you today for one of your sessions. I had practice to day and I felt really good. I listen to the cd before I practice. When I was in practice I didn't feel as tired as I usually did. My technique was a little bit better then usual and I was more relaxed, I wasn’t so stiff wrestling. I also did recognize all the red, when I came home and when I was walking around every bit of red stood out. I am almost positive im going to make another appointment with you. I would like to continue this. Thanks for everything.
Wrestling/Cross country parent after 3 sessions.
Things seem to be going well - he is keeping on task with all of his school work and his grades seem to have gotten better. The marking period ends soon - so we will see. During his last cross country meet he posted his best time of the year - and finally broke 20 minutes. He was happy and proud. He did it on a course that he had run before - his confidence was high and his concentration was right where it needed to be. M. Nazerath Pa.
I won against W. 6-2, and now own the 103 position on the NW. wrestling team! thanks for your help with that. the card seems to be working and helping me out very nicely. going into the match I was a little nervous, but despite that I was very confident. during the match I felt in control, and my stamina was at it's peek, so there were no problems there. Wanted you to know J. is doing great. To date he has no asthma attaches with the exception of one during a wrestle off, but he was recovering from pneumonia at the time. Other wise he is 6-2 and going strong. He listens to his CDs and is very committed. I have not seem him in any kind of trouble with his breathing. He looks confident and focused while he is wrestling. I did tell his head coach about it and as it turns out his coach is all for this approach, seems he himself has been hypnotized twice. I know when last we spoke we had discussed J. coming in so I will be calling for the appointment. I can not thank you enough for what you have done for my son. Here is a kid who refused to stop wrestling because of the severity and frequency of his asthma attaches and I am glad he was so determined. Because of you and what you have done and because of his commitment to the sport he is now able to compete at the level I knew he always could. All of his coaches are very pleased with his accomplishments and his continued improvement. Thank you Jack. Will be speaking with you soon. S.W. NJ

Hi Jack, R. looked real good last night. He wrestle the 9th ranked wrestler in the state at 125 lbs. After taking a 12-2 lead R. pinned him in the third period. I thought R. looked very confident and aggressive.
Thanks NR, NEP. Parent
First Session
Jack,
Last year I brought my son for a session and was extremely satisfied with the
results. Here was a kid who would get so worked up about matches that he was
literally making himself sick. Well, it has been almost a year and the session
has really worked. Since your session that has been almost no anxiety, he
hasn't had a "TUMS" in almost a year.
Now that he is starting high school I would like to bring him back for
another session, I guess like a refresher. He has wrestled great since the
last
visit, but with starting high school it is a whole new ball game. He will be
giving up some weight this year and I would like him to keep progressing.
